This is a place to read and learn what life is like living with the diseases called *ENDOMETRIOSIS and *FIBROMYALGIA, and other issues associated with either disease. I am sharing what I am/have learned in my 30+ years, 13 surgeries, countless treatments medications,trials and too many errors. I share this in the hope of offering education others who for any reason is researching this disease. *PLEASE remember, Most cases of Endo are not this severe, nor will they become this severe.
The most common symptoms of Endometriosis are:
Painful Periods
Heavy Menstrual Flow
Painful Intercourse
Pelvic Pain
Infertility
Other Symptoms include:
Fatigue
Pain in Shoulder, especially during a period
Chronic Pain
Benign ovarian or ‘Chocolate’ cysts
Backache
Bloating
Constipation
Nausea
Vomiting
Tenderness/Pain in Anal Region
Shooting Pain or Cramping in Lower Abdominal area
Painful Bowel Movements
Painful and/or frequent Urination
Blood in Urine
Pain in Leg
Pain in Hips radiating down to groin and legs just above knees
Pain around the Tailbone area
Pain in Sciatic area
Allergies
**You do not have to have all of the above to have Endo, these are a guideline.
